Melissa Rice

I’m a Georgia Peach who fell in love with Washington! I moved from Blue Ridge, GA to Spokane, WA in 2015 and then to Vancouver, WA in 2018. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to move West!  

Don’t worry though, I don’t sit around all-day double-checking timelines and making travel arrangements. In my free time I hike, kayak, ski all winter long, watch lots of reality TV (Real Housewives, Bachelor, Love Island…), cuddle with my cat, and cook every Chrissy Teigen recipe I can get my hands on.

Quick humble brag – I’m a great friend to have around because I’ve got a passion for planning. I’m always in charge of the group trips, birthday parties, you name it. The little details no one else would think of, I’ve thought of them all and made a plan A, B, & C. My philosophy is that we over-plan now so we can over-enjoy later. Problem solving, scheduling, and checklists make my eyes light up.
